Terms & Conditions of Use – ets2 Malaysia Platform

To register and use the platform ets2, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. The ets2 platform does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or play under any circumstances.
• Each individual is only permitted to open one (1) account only on ets2. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or that of any other individual — is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide personal information that is accurate and truthful during registration, including your full name, phone number, and an active email address. False or incomplete information may result in account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ets2 account password. You bear full responsibility for all activity that takes place through your account.
• Ets2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or during security verification procedures.
• Access to the ets2 platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Using this platform on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions at ets2 processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals apply:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20. No maximum deposit limit is set, except for any limits imposed by the payment service provider itself.
• Payment methods accepted by ets2 are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your ets2 account immediately or within a few minutes once the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider.
• Ets2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond ets2's control.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Daily and monthly maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account level and verification status.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours once identity verification has been completed.
• Withdrawal funds will be transferred to the Malaysian bank account or e-wallet you registered, using the same or equivalent payment method as the one used for your deposit.
• Ets2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or in the event of any suspicious activity on the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the rollover requirements have been met are eligible for withdrawal.

ets2 offers a range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus issued by ets2 comes with rollover requirements specific to that offer. These rollover requirements are stated in each promotional offer and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds.
• Bonuses may only be claimed one account per player for each individual promotion, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Ets2 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice should there be technical, security, or operational reasons that require such action.
• Any attempt to exploiting the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the termination of the account concerned.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in its respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses will not be renewed.
• Ets2 reserves the right to determine that certain bonuses do not apply to specific games or bet types — for example, a slots bonus may not be valid for use on Live Casino.

All games offered at ets2 has its own set of rules that every player must follow. The following are the general rules applicable to all games on our platform:

• All slot games at ets2 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is certified to ensure the outcome of every round is entirely random and fair. Game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Results displayed by the system ets2 are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the server records, the ets2 server records shall prevail.
• Any technical disruption during a game round — including loss of internet connection — may result in the round being voided or completed automatically based on the state of the round at that point in time.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software or tools (bots) to play. Any such use will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in Live Casino games or any other games is strictly prohibited.
• Ets2 reserves the right to void any round or wager that occurs as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or any circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game.

As a member ets2, you are subject to the following responsibilities, which must be upheld at all times while using the platform:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ets2 platform is legally valid in your jurisdiction. ets2 is not responsible for any breach of local laws that may occur.
• You must maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone. ets2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you use to play at ets2 are your own legally obtained funds. ets2 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• You are required to play with responsible and within your financial means. ets2 provides responsible gambling tools and encourages you to make use of them whenever needed.
• You must notify ets2 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you detect any suspicious activity on your account.
• You agree not to use the platform ets2 for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

ets2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or is currently underage.
• Ownership of multiple accounts by the same player.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bot usage, collusion, or any attempt to exploit the system.
• Use of a payment method that is not registered in the player's own name.
• Failure to provide the identity verification documents requested by ets2 within the stipulated timeframe.
• Any action or attempt that could compromise the integrity of the ets2 platform or other players.

Players may also apply to close account at any time by contacting the ets2 support team. Prior to account closure, all eligible cash funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements will not be paid out.

Regarding liability limits ets2, all players are required to understand the following:

• ets2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or system outages that are beyond the platform's control.
• Ets2 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance and system updates may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
• Each player bears full responsibility for their own gaming decisions and the risks involved. ets2 is not liable for any financial decisions made by players based on their experience on the platform.
• Ets2's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total cash balance held in that player's account at the time the claim is made.
